Premium quality flat PVA for internal ceilings and walls where a dead flat finish is required and washability is not an issue.  High opacity, with extra body and low splatter, making it an ideal ceiling finish directly onto correctly prepared surfaces.  Available in white and pastel colours.  Suitable for certain exterior applications, where not in direct contact with weather effects.  Contains a mould inhibitor.
