Premium quality flat PVA for internal ceilings and walls where a dead flat finish is required and washability is not an issue.  High opacity, with extra body and low splatter, making it an ideal ceiling finish directly onto correctly prepared surfaces.  Available in white and pastel colours.  Suitable for certain exterior applications, where not in direct contact with weather effects.  Contains a mould inhibitor.

A Premium quality water borne 100% acrylic roof coating designed specifically to stand up to the harsh UV rays experienced throughout Australia. Rooftop dries to a tough, flexible film which is impervious to water and affords excellent protection from the extremes of Australian weather.

An ultra flat acrylic coating with fine texture that gives the appearance of traditional lime style washes.  The fine flat finish has the durability of the acrylic combined with breathability allowing the coating to have a natural masonry appearance.  It can be used over a variety of new surfaces.  Modacalce contains a silicone resin to provide strength and durability.  The product is available in a large range of colours and can be applied to achieve a smooth or a fine textured finish.
